    Hello to all!

    I am Sotos Bakas from Athens,Greece and I am based in Netherlands since 2010..
    Recently I published my first original solo( no overdubs) acoustic guitar song and performance video and just thought to share it with you.
    I ll be glad to know your opinions guys!

    Hi Solos Great stuff ! In my opinion (which is worth what ?) I would add some lyrics to offset and compliment that haunting backline melody. What are you tuned to ? PhilC (French Alps)

    Thank you for listening and I really appreciate your opinion.
    You have kind of right,I heard it again about lyrics,is just my taste which thinks that lyrics give a very narrow meaning for few people,where instrumental can speak to everyone,this is something I really like as an idea.
    Sure I can improve my melodies,so will be like a singer will be there too. 🙂
    Tuning is standard but just half tone lower D#G#C#F#A#D#.

    Hello Solos. Maybe you’re right to just let the music speak for itself… Used to play with a guy called Thanopoulos ( a real ace on the sirtaki). Last I heard he was in Antiparros ??

    Sean thank you so much dude!Really glad that you liked it :).Serhan Meewisse from Holland did the video,quite talented young filmmaker still in his 2nd year of studying filming. 🙂

    Stringless thank you as well!Happy that you are into instrumental stuff.I am not so much into Greek music,as it was always around me as growing up so I don’t know Thanopoulos,could be Antiparros, is a non so much commercial island. 🙂
