    Hi,
    My name is Jim i been playing for about 4, 4 1/2 years, self-taught, picked up some bad habits along the way. I feel i go forward then backwards in my playing…so im hoping this forum and all the great players and lessons here will help we advance.

    If you all could check out my youtube vid and give me some advice on what i should work on i would be appreciate it!! I want to advance so bad its driving me crazy, i just feel im lacking direction. Any and all helpful info would be great. Thanks.

    Hey Jim, welcome!

    It sounds like you definitely have the motivation to advance in your playing, so you will! We all hit plateaus in our playing every once in a while though, and that’s totally normal. Just make sure you be patient yet also persistent with your practicing. And I checked out some of your vids, you’re doing a great job for just playing for 4 years. Keep it up man, and enjoy your time here!

    Thanks guys! Im going to try my best to get the most out of this that i can. And i hope i dont annoy you all with all my questions, because im not shy about asking for help. šŸ˜€
