Hello. New premium member here. Looking forward to online lessons. My favorite players are John Petrucci, George Lynch, Joe Satriani, Tony Macalpine. Bands…Dream Theater, Planet X, Lynch Mob, Dokken. My favorite music is Progressive rock, fusion, metal. Been playing a few years…probably would call myself an intermediate. My goals are to write and record my own instrumental stuff. See yall around.

Thanks guys. Look forward to all this support. Not sure where to start…ha ha! It’s like lesson overdose! I did Rick’s legato lesson today. One thing I learned already was that I was pushing down too hard on the fret board and wasting energy and also losing speed. It’s amazing how lightly the pros actually press down on the strings. Look forward to some of Sean’s stuff too. I can see already that he is an excellent composer and writer. Plus his style of playing appeals to me…..kinda progressive. I also like that OLP Petrucci signature. I would love to have one of those or a MM version. I bidded on one of those OLP’s on ebay once but lost out by another bidder. Right now I’m very happy with my Ibanez RG 1550M Prestige. Pumpkin orange with black pick guard and maple board.
