I’ve seen that vid, he’s a fantastic player for sure. Thanks for posting man!
I’ve followed this kid since he was 12. He’s phenomenal.
I like his second album the best, Lead Guitar 2.0. It’s got some great tracks on it, I love the groove in ‘Flow’.
His first two albums were prog-ish.
I hope he releases a fusion album in the near future, I’ll definitely be buying!@Frank 8474 wrote:

Hi Frank, š
Yes I just checked out that young guitarist that you linked and he is surely excellent. However, the only two things that didn’t do it for me (and these are two biggies for me unfortunately) is that I wasn’t crazy about his tone at all, and his sense of timing seemed a bit too rushed and “on-top-of-the-beat” all the time! Again don’t get me wrong, as he has phenomenal ability, cool ideas, great chops and command of his harmony! I just think of guys like Tom Quayle and Rick G. (and even Richard Lundmark for that matter) and how they 1.) always have great tone and 2.) even whilst shedding crazy/fast-stuff, have great sense of time! Yes it’s probably a bit unfair to compare such a young guy to these giants, (Rick, Tom, and Richard) but even our own IG-affiliated “younger-guns” like Jack Gardiner and Lyle Watt seem to manage awesome tone & timing by default! š
That all said Frank, this kid has got a bright future in fusion! š
Thanks for the link bro! š

If that isn’t awesome tone I don’t know what is š
Hi guys,
The beautiful thing is that there is a wealth of guitar talent out there for us to enjoy/study/dissect/listen to/copy. I’m overwhelmed at the amount of talent. I hope to play like one of these guys when I grow up. In the meantime, it’s back to the woodshed…
