Here’s my entry for Milan Polak’s T-Rex competition. Nothing special, done for fun more than anything.

    Hey Lyle, šŸ™‚

You’re way beyond your years bro. Awesome job! šŸ˜Ž You struck a nice balance of melody and technique (with the rightful emphasis on melody!) and it was just super! šŸ˜‰

    Tasty stuff Lyle!

I always find it amazing that you have such maturity in your playing at such a young age. I don’t want to keep mentioning your age because at the end of the day your playing is the important thing but playing what is right for the music is something that even seasoned players struggle to do.

    Thanks a lot Everyone!

And thanks to you too Rick. I’ve always thought that while speed is great, and it’s good fun, being melodic is more important than a million notes per second (although sometimes that just has to be done :D)

    Thanks guys.
