Welcome to IG man!
I definitely agree with you there, metal is indeed excellent. š What kind of guitar(s) and gear do you have?
Thanks Sean-
Got a few guitars. Jackson Offset V, Ibanez RG and a Ibanez JS with a Prestige neck.
Running through a GT10 direct into my PC with some studio moniors. I had a Peavey Half Stack but never really used it so I got rid of it to pay off some bills.Favorite bands are definately Opeth and Scar Symmetry at the moment.
Site looks good. Hope the community is nice. DOnt get me started about others….
Awesome man. How do you like that GT10? Many years ago I played with a GT5 and GT6, but I never found the distortion to be the greatest to my ears. I’m sure they’ve improved a lot since way back then though.
Cool to have another Scar Symmetry fan here! Excellent band. Have you heard their latest album streamed on their myspace? I’m going to miss Christian as their lead vocalist, but it sounds like the 2 new singers will do a good job.
Glad you like the site. Yeah we’re pretty laid back here and our members are awesome. I think you’ll find the community to be pleasant so no worries. š
See you around!
SeanYea man. Cant wait till the 20th when it releases! Its awesome… I think the 2 new singers they got are doing a good job. Thought I cant wait till Christinas new band to debut next called Solution 45.
The GT10 is greast with definately a lot of options. Tian Jay’s utorial DVD is a must have for though if you really want to discover what this thing does. Lets face who reads an instruction book these days. LOL
Thanks for the welcome to the site…
I like me some Scar Symmetry too.
But of course you already knew that. š
And I beg your pardon, but I DID read my GT-10 manual. Of course every page was either at work or on the john. But that counts!!!!!! š
Welcome to IG man!
Thanks Rick. I saw your take on Marco’s Tune Still Hurts. Im currently attempting to try to play it. I got a lot of work to do. I hope one day I can shred like you my friend. I working on it! š
Welcome to the site man!
Hope you’re having a great time.
Cheers,
Tom
