    OUCH! That’s painfully funny!
    Embarrassed to say this, but I’ve pretty much been there, done that when sparing. If you’re really work’n it, you get sweaty as hell and your punches, holds etc.. slip, creating great slow motion clips like the one Rick posted. Ahhh good times….good times. So glad it wasn’t me in the post.
