Hello All, š
I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that this coming week is a HUGE week for the trade show for music-related products & services called the NAMM Show. For those unfamiliar with the NAMM show, it is a huge trade show held by the NAMM organizers (twice-per-year…usually they’re held in Anaheim, California in the Winter and Nashville, Tennesee in the summer. This week’s Anaheim show is the biggie though!) At this show, Music Retailers, Musical Instrument (M.I.) Manufacturers, Music Products & Sevices Sales Reps, and of course…MONSTER MUSICIANS (who go to these shows to work as clinicians and demonstrators for their respective product endorsee’s, as well as to make industry contacts and generally wow people with their talent/abilities – LOL!) all come together to make professional contacts with one another! š š
I bring this up only to remind all of us Infinite Guitar participants/members that for most (if not all) of our beloved IG Instructors, this is a big week for their respective careers too! Rick Graham and Tom Quayle were kind enough to remind everyone in the last few days that they will be in the U.S.A., (and I’m almost positive they’ll be at this NAMM show!) and I would imagine that Richard Lundmark will also be at NAMM as well. I’ve found Sean Conklin to always be accessible regardless of anything! – (LOL!) so I wouldn’t worry too much about getting a hold of “the big-guy!” – (LOL!) š
I’m NOT speaking directly on behalf of any of the instructors here at Infinite Guitar, but I’ve been to a couple of NAMM shows in the past, and I’ve seen first-hand the amount of work, time, dedication, and walking, (wear comfortable shoes guys – LOL!) that is required at these NAMM shows, so remember that these guys probably won’t be able to return/reply to answers to our questions in as timely a manner as usual. š
I think for the amount of great service and interaction we all get with our memberships here at IG, that we can afford these guys a week-or-so of slack to “do-their-thing!” š
All the best to those of you who will be attending the Winter NAMM – 2010. Have fun and enjoy! š

Woop! Can’t wait. Leaving for L.A. tomorrow night ;D
Tom told me you were playing for Mayones Jack? I’m amazed, but you certainly deserve it! Typical for you lot to escape as the weather gets grim over here…Have fun over there by the way, I was in California for a few weeks last year, LA’s great.
Woo! I’m setting off in a few hours. Meeting Rick at Heathrow where we’ll catch a flight to LA. Can’t wait – doing some playing for Toadworks and jamming on the Suhr Booth.
Have a great week without us guys and we’ll see you when we get back with lots of pics and videos!
Cheers,
Tom

Ah thanks Angus! Aye, Mayones have got me to play on their stand. Can’t wait, but i’m nervous. The standard of playing is sky high, so i think i’ll just hide in a dark corner somewhere XD
24 degrees in L.A. and it’s -1, -2 over here. Can’t wait to see Rick and Tom shred! I feel it’s getting warmer already just with the thought of it š

Hey Jack, š
All of the U.S.A. has been incredibly cold, (even warm spots like California and Florida!) but I’d expect it to warm-up over the next few days! š
Anyways, YOU’RE NERVOUS? Dude, you rip on guitar?!? Just do what comes naturally, and I’ll bet that once you get over there and get situated and start playing, all will be fine, and you’ll “knock-em-dead!” š
Have fun! š
