I recognize several faces here from other guitar sites, but figure I would go ahead and start off with saying “hi” for those who don’t know me.

As far as background, I’m into mostly metal (esp. power metal and thrash), some hard rock. I started playing (and by playing I mean learning every alternative song), when I was 13. I probably stopped all that at 17. I picked up the guitar again and have been taking it much more seriously about a year and a half ago and have been working my buns off since.

As for gear goes, I have an ESP Ltd DV8-R (Dave Mustaine Signature), Ibanez S470 w/ Evos, Ibanez RG550 20th, a PodXT Live, and a lousy Peavey Bandit 112 combo amp that is next in line to be upgraded.
