Has many elements of Wayne Krantz which can only be a good thing!
I’m going through Nevermore right now – Dead Heart In a Dead World and Enemies of Reality mainly.
I’d like to get to know fusion a bit more, could someone post his favourite artists / bands so I could have some homework?
“Colors” -Between The Buried and Me
I say Colors because I cannot just listen to one song on that album. I have to listen to the entire thing from start to finish.
IT’S JUST THAT AWESOME!
Seriously, I probably have listened to it like 10 times in the past week at work. I don’t know how they are going to top this one.
And for the record… the last 4 minutes of “White Walls” is just beyond epic. That part alone makes me go nuts. 😀
Lots of Steve Morse. I just have the Structural Damage album right now. A truly great musician.
Marco Sfogli – Andromeda =]
Hello Everyone and Happy Holidays!!! 🙂
I’m listening to Rick Graham’s arrangement/performance/recording of the Christmas classic “Silent Night!” 😉
If you yearn for some holiday “spirit,” do yourself a favor and check out Rick wielding his “friend-of-a-friend’s” 1961 Fender Strat! GORGEOUS! 😮
P.S. If you ask me, they are NOT getting that Strat back! (LOL!) :p
PEACE! 😀
~Bill Meehan~ 😎
Brad Pisley – Play, especially Cliffs of Rock City (and Eric Johnson tribute i assume): http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=SX_MMF9vPQ0 (shame i can’t embed youtube vids here)
Paul Gilbert – The Gargoyle:cool:
Ireland & Health -Lewis Black.
(It’s not music but I’m listening to him, so that’s what I’m gonna put down! Besides… IMO he’s right up there with George Carlin.)
Greg Howe´s Introspection. So inspiring.

Good choice man. That was the first Howe album I got hold of and there are some great tracks on there as well as killer playing. I really like his tone on that recording too.
Props to Tom Q. for pointing this guy out for me. Truly exceptional player! Silky tone and some clever, ear-pleasing licks on this album. I especially like the melody from Come and Get It.
Smooth Criminal – Michael Jackson.
Bela Fleck and the Flecktones – The Hidden Land
Been listening to this album for the past few days. Very nice. Actually, I’m now sleep deprived because of them, to be honest. 😀 What sounds!
Do give this album an listen. I found the tracks “Labyrinth, Kaleidoscope and Chennai” out of this world.
Slowdive – Souvlaki
Psycroptic – ob(servant)
Joshua Redman – back east
Naked City – torture garden
Brian Eno – Ambient IV: on land
Philip Glass – Einstein on the beach
Sleep Terror – Probing Tranquility
