The Jeff Porcaro Tribute Concert.
Dream Theater – Scenes from a Memory
Such an amazing album! Haven’t listened to it for a while but I’ve been giving it a few spins recently, and it never gets old.
Dream Theater – Glass Prison
After the 1029th time of listening, I’m still blown away of the arpeggio section š
And it always makes me think of Ricks cover of this section (I’m jealous lol) šCrimson by edge of sanity
also been listening to Helping the world to see by vehemence and The Jester race by In Flames. What’s in my iPod right now which I’m listening to? Russian Circles.
Also, Explosion in the Sky, Isis and Pelican.Mastodon-Crack The Skye=Brilliant
Slipknot-All Hope Is Gone=A fantastic metal record. I am gonna see them May 9th.
Iron Maiden-Piece of Mind=One of my all time favorites.
Soundproof(the album) – Greg Howe
John Scofield – Acidhead

Is that his newest release? How does it sound?
I’ve started listening to Meshuggah lately. Pretty crazy stuff, Catch 33 rolls over me like a german tank š®
Also I’ve tried listening to Allan Holdsworth, but I just can’t catch his vibe… not aggresive enough for me I guess.
Oh, and I got my hands on Greg Howes Extraction – the album he made with Victor Vooten and Dennis Chambers – it’s so excellent! The latino jazz vibe in this album really makes it interesting. The contrast of Wootens delicate jazz/groovey funk slaps and Howes aggresive shred/catchy fusion playing is a truely great combination š .
Pat Martino – Lean Years
Dream Theater – A Nightmare To Remember
(4:00-7:30. One of the most inventive and beautiful things they have written in YEARS)
Dream Theater- Black Clouds And Silver Linings.
This is truly an incredible album. ALOT better than Systematic Chaos, that’s for sure!
