    Heres a few of my RANDOM videos, i have a bad habit of recording without really learning what it is im trying to play. And of course some random licks here and there…why random, because i havent learned to put everything together YET! So give me your thoughts on my playing and what i should start working on ect. Thank you for taking the time to watch and hopefully you can help me get on the right track. šŸ˜Ž

    The way you rolled off the John Petrucci solo, I would say that you are already on the right track.

    The question is this: Just how far do you want to take it? Figure that out and go from there.

    Very, very nice playing there.

    Hey Overthinker,

    I remember seeing your Lost Without You vid a while back. Absolutely excellent playing man! How long have you been playing again?

    If you’re looking for critical feedback, I’d probably say focus a little more on note inflection. To my ears, some notes sounded either too intense or too stiff for the context of the musical lines you were playing. But again that’s just if I HAD to critique. šŸ™‚ Your playing is excellent.

    And thanks Sean for a bit of critical feedback. To be totally honest i learned that song in like a few days or so. Then i just recorded it mistakes and all and it was definitely stiff.
    So yeah, i wasn’t pleased with it at all myself. I WILL be doing a re-do soon, i just need to buy a decent interface for my mic, cause the sound card just isn’t cutting it.
    That and i plan on using my NEW Legacy head!!!:cool:
