You'll find this exercise to be similar to the last one, but it has an added variation. If you look towards the middle of each measure, you'll see we now have some palm-muted notes on the 7th fret. The "P.M." markings above the notes indicate to play those notes while muting them with your picking hand's palm.
What we talked about in the last exercise also applies to this exercise. You can play the notes simply as they're indicated in the tab, or if you're able, try adding the percussive elements to your picking.
