"Killing The Noise" When String-Skipping
Ex. 1: Let's try a six note sequence which includes string skipping. Missing the B string each time will definitely throw a wrench into things!
This is where accuracy and fret-hand strength are imparitive. The better you are at hammering-on from "nothing", the cleaner this will be from the get-go. We'll focus heavily on the fret-hand index finger in doing it's job; quieting the bottom three strings. The right hand is muting the top 3 strings, as per usual.
