I hope you've learned quite a bit. If you're applying these principles properly, you should already be seeing a drastic improvement.
I practice this way all the time. No more climbing the endless metronome ladder.
Practicing to a groove is also way more fun than using a metronome!
This way I can take literally any lick I know and use it to build muscle memory, strength, speed, while drastically improving my sense of time.
