I dig it! They have quite a few nice looking finishes for that model. I’d be happy with pretty much any of them. You going with the white one?

Ooooh nice! I like the flame see thru blue but they all look awesome. I’ve never actually played an ESP. I think I might hunt one down to try out…

    Sean, yes the white one.

I have a black Gibson Les Paul Studio with the gold hardware. I just want to get something thats more suited to metal/thrash stuff and use the Les Paul for the blues/rock thing.

I think the ESP with the EMG pickups are more suited for that. It also has a thinner and much faster neck than the LP does.

I have played one of these guitars a few times. I almost got one when I found my LP. That was what I originally was going to get but I got a fantastic deal on my LP. A buddy of mine found me the LP for $500.00. I could not pass that up.

I would recommend getting the ESP version. I own the ESP Eclipse II, and its by far the best guitar ive played, second to a vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom. The ESP is a very solid guitar it has some weight and it plays beautifully, the only thing you may need to do is adjust your bridge and possibly file the nut a little bit for the G string, little buzz out of the box, but simple fix!

yeah i digg that guitar, theres some nice finishes for that guitar also, the white ones iight, i might try a les paul faded sunburst for my next guitar, right now i just got a cort standard, gibson les paul Slash signature sunburst, and fender bronco(bass), but i play alot of differnt instruments, but that white finish on that ESP is niiiice.

I have has a couple of students buy those. Very good guitars for the price no doubt!
GOod intonation (with their Earvana topnuts), good craftsmenship. Not too hot for the EMG’s though, but for metal, why not =) I would put a pair of original Bill Lawrence in them right away though.
If you get a good price, buy one!
