What gear for that almost synthasiser sound zero crackle

    Hi Guys,
    I’m absolutely clueless as to why my guitar doesn’t sound like say Chris Feeners ltd on Rudolph red nose raindeer, or any of your rigs for that matter.
    Your guitars sound almost like synthesisers with absolutley no crackle like from an amp, and amazing echo/reverb. i have an ESP horizon and an evil robot amp and a wampler pinnacle overdrive yet I can’t get that almost digital studio sound that your guitars sound like. So PLEASE, tell me what do i need?
