OK, in group 4 we will be leaning more towards the legato school of playing. That is, less picking and more slurring.
In the first example we will be picking the first note and hammering the following two on every string(reversing this pattern when descending). Picking wise we will be using economy picking. When ascending we'll use a downstroke and when descending an upstroke. Be sure to practice in the same way as we have been with the previous groups.
In example two we will be negotiating the scale by using left hand hammers and pull offs only. Take it nice and slowly and make sure you are in total control over what you are playing.
