In Exercise 2, we'll now learn the clean chorus section. If you want to pull this part off like I played it in the video, you'll need to use a timed delay effect. If you have the proper gear for that, set your delay to a tempo of 148bpm (beats per minute), then set the note value to dotted quarter notes.
What's cool about this type of effect is that you can basically play harmonies with yourself, which is what I'm doing in the song. I play 3 notes, then with the next 3 notes I play harmonies to the original 3 notes. It's a very fun and dynamic effect.
