The last part is mostly based on movement between 2 strings so a lot of control and muting is required to play this cleanly. Besides that, nothing spectacular is going on here so just learn the notes and than practice this slowly. Make sure each note stands for itself and no extra noises are getting in.
Don't worry if it's not going fast - this is not a simple piece to play so just take it nice and easy and learn slowly. As I said before, it's better to learn slowly than do something fast and wrong and than re-learn later.
If you feel comfortable with the whole piece you can move to the last part and have fun with backing track!
