The second lick is almost a continuation of the first lick. It starts off the b7 (D) of the E minor pentatonic scale which is in the G position of the caged system.
It quickly shifts into the E position of the pentatonic scale and ascends in 5 note groupings.
After the ascent, it turns around on the A note that we stretch for with the pinky. This "turn around" is similar to that of the first lick and is very common in the EJ style licks.
The descent of this lick ends much like the first.
